WHAT DO THESE THINGS MEAN?
Buffy: [looking down] "There's something I'm supposed to be doing."
Faith: "Oh yeah. - Miles to go - Little Miss Muffet counting down from 7-3-0."
Buffy: [grimaces] "Great. - Riddles."

Faith in hospital, she kisses her forehead. Something similar happened in 'Enemies', at the climax of a fight between
Buffy and Faith. (Faith tells Buffy .What are you gonna do, B, kill me? You become me. You're not ready for that
yet!. She then kisses Buffy on the forehead, and runs away.)

Culture references: Faith's line .Miles to go. Little Miss Muffet counting down from 7-3-0., which Buffy says is a riddle,
contains two references. .Miles to go., which also appeared in 'The Prom' (written by Marti Noxon), is a quote from
.Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening., a poem by American writer Robert Frost (1874-1963), who is best
known for his portraits of rural life in New England.
.Little Miss Muffet. is from the nursery rhyme, of course, and may have been a reminder of the mayor.s spider-eating
habits. Various theories have been proposed to explain .7-3-0., since it has not been clarified in the context of the series. The most credible note that 730 is two times 365, and it may teasingly refer to something that will happen
in two years time. The Little Miss Muffet reference sparked a great deal of fan debate, but apparently it referred to Dawn, as evidenced by Dawn's encounter with the strange man outside the magic shop in "Real Me"A crazy man refers to Dawn as "Curds and whey"
"Curds and whey" is a phrase from the Little Miss Muffet nursery rhyme: "Little Miss Muffet, sat on a tuffet, eating her
curds and whey." This gives a hint that Faith's Little Miss Muffet reference in Graduation Day, Part 2 may have referred to Dawn, along with the counting down to 7-3-0 and Little Sister
In the fourth-season episode "This Year's Girl," Buffy and Faith are making a bed in Faith's dream, and they comment on preparing for the arrival of little sister. Finally, in the fourth season finale "Restless," there are a number of references to the "dawn" and preparing for an
arrival in Buffy's dream.
From Buffy's dream:v (Shot of the digital alarm clock next to the bed, showing 7:30 a.m.)
Buffy: [upset] It's so late.
Tara: Oh ... that clock's completely wrong. Here.
(Shot of Tara's hands holding out the Tarot card "Manus" (the hands). It has a picture of two hands crossed, one open,
the other balled into a fist.)
Buffy: I'm never gonna use those.
Tara: You think you know ... what's to come ... what you are. You haven't even begun.
Buffy: I think I need to go find the others. [She leaves.]
Tara: [softly] Be back before dawn
